The Certified Mortgage Banker^® (CMB^®) designation is the industry standard of professional success. It symbolizes respect, credibility, ethics, and achievement within real estate finance. Since its inception in 1973, the CMB has been the highest professional designation for the real estate finance industry. The CMB community is made up of outstanding industry professionals and leaders. 

In October of 2010, Nita Diem became the 7^th New Mexican to earn this prestigious designation as well as the first woman within our state.  The New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association is honored to announce the newest addition to this elite society and pleased that she continues to serve on the board of directors for NMMLA.
