The New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association is a non-profit local trade association representing the real estate finance industry. We are comprised of mortgage bankers, mortage brokers, and affiliated industry associates. NMMLA has ben an advocate for our local community since 1975.
Our volunteers and members are actively engaged in the New Mexico real estate markets through education, endeavors in financial literacy, and diligent involvement in legislative affiars impacting our industry. We promote fair and ethical lending practices and encourage professional excellence within our industry through scrupled representation and progressive networking opportunities.
The real estate finance industry is experiencing unprecedented changes as we enter into 2009. These changes are guaranteed to affect every aspect of our environment.
