One booth space measures 8 ft. x 10 ft. Double-wide or larger booth spaces may be available. Exhibit Space is first come, first served. Although booth space locations are not reserved, you can send us a note regarding your location preference. We will attempt to place you in your preferred location, but we do not make reservations or guarantee space.

Set Up and Tear Down Information

Exhibitor set up will be determined by CSS. Exhibits must be in place by 12:30 p.m. The show opens at 1 p.m. and runs until 6 p.m. Tear down begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.

Hotel Accommodations for Exhibitors

Sandia Resort and Casino is extending special room rates to exhibitors for the Wednesday night prior to the event. Deadline for regis- tration is July 24, 2008. Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

Sponsorships and advertising opportunities are available to all vendors, even if you are not an exhibitor. Depending on your level of sponsorship, you can be recognized as a key sponsor of the event, have your company name and contact information printed on attendees’ ticket stubs, and have a link from the NMMLA website to your company’s website.
